so i dropped by pico today for my interview with the korean in-charge. hah. how much could happen in less than a day. sunday evening i sent in my application and 2pm this afternoon would be my 2nd interview already.
and then in another day i can just spend the whole time watching dramas. lol.
anywayzs...pico people seem so nice! lol!! went in didnt see the lift (it was facing inside!) so ended up using the side lobby. frankly i headed straight for it cos i only saw the sign saying 'lobby b' but i didnt see 'lobby a'. well i was apparently looking at the lobby and not knowing. so anyway i got up through lobby b and ended in this super spacious place (seriously it looks like a carpark without cars) and was wondering wth....but i saw the door so i called the interviewer who said he'll come out. haha. so i stood waiting there for awhile feeling weird till this kind lady who was going in told me this is actually the side door and brought me to the front. SO NICE!!!! told the receptionist who i was waiting for and was told to take a seat. so i took one. and waited. and waited. lol. it took pretty long. and the receptionist asked me a little about the interview.:) such friendly people. AND THEN. she was like, 'i just called him and he says he's on his way out. As i see u've been waiting for some time already'. OMG SO NICE HOW IS IT POSSIBLE I CAN MEET 2 NICE PEOPLE IN THE SAME BUILDING IN A SPAN OF 15MINS!!!! so interviewer came out! and got me to fill the application form. which i took quite a while to do so (it was so long...lol) but anyway. the interview went relatively relaxed way...cos he was so friendly. (3 NICE PEOPLE!!!) and his mum called while i was talking. hahahaha. i find tt so cute. and he was so apologetic. LOL. so anyway. the korean part of the interview was actually quite small. and the rest of the convo was mainly in english. but it was a fun talk. like i was just chatting with somebody. and i told him about who told me about the extra openings and he expressed his recognition with them and i was like...whoa. really just like chatting with somebody. so it was done. and he sent me to the lift. which made me think Koreans are reallly polite people. i mean, have u seen any interviewer do that for an interviewee?! and there was another guy who took the lift. so i was reading the paper i was given and the guy asked me about the interview too! haha. (4 nice people!!!) ok that was maybe more friendly than nice. but given that span of about half hour, everyone i meet in there seemed really really friendly and nice. (ok la not everyone. but enough.) and that makes it a happy day! i love smiley people. the whole world should be like that everyday.
that said. i half want to get in and half do not want to. lol. and pride is one big thing that makes me wana get in. lol. bad pride. kinda. but im just glad i got through this. :) these interviews really can prep me up for real ones and preparation is really key to anything. (thank goodness i went to search the name of that waterfall. haha.) plus the journey on the train also gave me time to get psyched up. cant believe how much i freaked out the moment the lady replied me when i submitted my application. hurhur. hopeless.
