blogger became weird after it changed its layout. everything's weird :S. anyway. school is finally over! or shall i say. school is already over?! this is gonna be a loooooong post. omg. :p
frankly, im filled with huge dread over what my future will become. previously, i pushed back stuff to a certain extent. and a good reason for it. school. exams. assignments. whatever. now really. everything's over. nothing's ever strong enough to stop me from sending out resumes, thinking of what i really want to do. on some days im filled with a certain excitement, joy, expectations, wonder at how my future life will turn from here. but on others (more often then the other) im more filled with dread, worry. im really weak. weak in facing up to the future. kinda. weak in deciding what i want to do with my life. :S

last time whenever i have an assignment i dont really wana complete (hah. when were there times when i wanted to complete assignment? heh). and then ill kinda hope for the time then to already be at the dateline. cos that will mean that im done/nearly done with my assignment. (such a weird thinking i know)  the process of doing it aint as fun as the knowledge of completion. haha. this time. everythings different. theres no dateline. theres no instructions. theres no authority ill need to hand in to. im on my own. it sucks. i guess im so used to listening to others' instructions all my life i never realise how scary it is to really control your own life. my teachers. my parents. school rules and regulation. u never really have to think while growing up. u just go with the flow. (even choosing psychology, it was more of a i-cant-see-myself-doing-anything-else course) and suddenly. the flow stops. the stream has stretched out into the vast ocean. you're open to swim to any directions but the stream behind you has dried up. sharks or dolphins. which will i encounter. (and now i wish im at the time where im already working. haha)
dead in the night. when im back from my daylight frolicking. these starts to come back to me. when i realise. no i dont have any plans for tml. or some of the days. and thats when i really need to start doing something. if i could. travelling for a year first (with a job at hand after) would be the best thing. hah. but ideal never works. or it isnt ideal. lol. more than anything. i just hope for myself to find out which way to swim. encountering and overpowering the sharks to meet the dolphins. to see the horizon where the sky meets the sea.

okiessssssss. on to happier stuff! which is what ive been doing since exams ended like uhhh a day ago. harhs. it has been surprisingly pretty eventful. sooooo. the last paper was the worse in terms of motivation to study. hahaha. thank goodness its open book. and i didnt think personally i did bad. but comparatively...hmmm. the bell curve is gonna be so high for this i think. if there is one.
so i met cheryl at tanjong pajar for lunch after my exams! (wow. its been really long since i last blogged about what actually happened in my life, rather than kpop and more kpop and eyecandies. haha. wish theres pics but having no camera. :() at PS cafe which she chose. and we had a hilarious episode. cheryl: oh ya they say its at level 2. and cos it was a shophouse building i thot we needed to climb steps so up we went. and end up at the kitchen. i was still wondering why is the cafe entrance so weird. like so not nice. turns out we entered through the back door. and the waiter brought us all the way through the restaurant and downstairs to the front door. what a nice way to let the other customers know how these 2 are so dumb they came in from the back. ahahaha. and had a pretty expensive lunch. thank goodness it was my last paper i can actually use tt excuse to justify my spendings. didnt even finish any of my orders (though i finished the water. lol.). but i still had a great time cos the company was great! ;) so we walked round tanjong pajar and the shophouses area feeling like tourists. whooo. love trips like this. and wanted to walk to clark quay but decided to head to bugis haji lane cos cheryl hasnt been there before. the sun. was. so. blaring. hot. im so glad i put bb cream cos im taking efforts now to prevent the sun from hurting my skin! haha. saps your energy too. the sun. walked. window shopped. koied. that was basically it. haha. but sometimes being on foot to places are the best way to get around cos seeing things u never really get to see while in a train/car/on a bus is awesome! although halfway through, everything starts to get familiar already so. hmm. i need to walk places ive never been before. and what was the conversation topic tt held on for so long? 10yearold fries. haha. ive dumped it btw. (obviously) so no more truffle fries for you in the next 10years. well i can get macs one if u want! :D so yep.
went home wanting to nap but ended up watching tv. hurhur. changed and headed to the airport to send my friends off! wore like pretty chui clothings and ended up being called a janitor and being bullied! boo :( hng! ahhhh. 3 months. ahhhhh. 3 terrible months. live with it. :) so ended up at bk talking. and talking and talking. its so funny. earlier on we're all like eh what time we leaving-->what bus we taking-->ok lets go eat. and in the end we didnt check timing for last bus. and we ended talking till i asked like what time it was and what was the last bus. and realised uhh we're gonna have a little problems going home now. lol. tt got everyone going. oh but the meeting was so awesome. mainly we was just discussing about korea->taiwan->hk dramas tt we've watched. but it was so fun! awww.managed to go home safely without cabs (yay!) and ann came over to stay! :))) was kinda dead beat frankly. lol. all that walking and late nights and early morns for exams. but we managed to watch BIG BANG!!!! best midnight 'tv' snack ever. haha. i shall not get started on them else ill never stop. (top should be an adjective for perfect now, like oh hes so top! haha. but tts really high standards to compare anyone to top. :p quek says ill never find a bf when i stay home and watch top all day and have such high standards. lol. logic abit tweaky but ok.) ok anyway. we watched till ann wanted to sleep. and we slept and didnt do much else since she had a lunch date the next day! and i ended up sleeping again after she left. hee. then headed to bugis (again!!!) for some shopping!!! kirs and quek both so tall i feel really short beside both of them. hrmph. bought a electric blue top and a ring! yayyyyy!!! satisfied! ^^electric blue. such an uncommon colour. and i want to suntan!!!!! ahahaha.while sunblocking my face. tts basically it. the end of exams till now. haha.

next topic!school!:) realised i didnt actually study thattttt hard for my exams. went for pseudo prom for korean class friends! and watched battleship after my paper on fri too. ahahaha. seeing the empty shops on a weekday is damn awesome. omg i need to shop on weekdays. spending too much money these days. and no $ for may means needing to spend lessss! my extra income also stopped few months ago :(
ok this sem! went pretty well! got abit sianed of studying halfway but not as bad as last sem. and this sem was pretty fun! probably my first time take a mod alone. which wasnt tt bad. that mod was interesting. my first 5day week. which is not a good choice. korean class! which has always been good. and this year. ive had such a cute and interesting tutor it really made my fridays fun and worthwhile. despite only having that lesson (illegally) in school. oh i wish i had more chance learning from her. ok best thing. korean project was one. doing with rachel and annabelle. good friends which is awesome. we are actually very efficient! discussed plot discussed script practiced twice/thrice. even had time to watch big bang videos/nua at rachel's house. hahaha. io psych lectures was pretty interesting. half the time he doesnt give breaks which is ugghh. but oh hes a pretty cute lecturer from hongkong. saying rather random stuff at times. haha. once there was a weird sound coming from somewhere and then hes like, oh if you all think you all should leave, do leave. and how when accidents happen, people dont really know what to do and tts why consequences are higher. or sth like tt. hahaha. what a cool lecturer. and then during reading week. i received the results for our 8% essay. and i got an A! :DDD and the tutor's comments felt so nice to read. tt was a really nice almost ending. haha. brief history of science was interesting to listen too (up to a period of time) but reallllllly annoying to study. the histories of all history tests. memorizing names, years, details, facts. and linking them into one coherent story?! ok maybe ive been too slack on this mod i really died for finals studying and i think finals too. hopefully i can scrape a c to s/u. and. animal behaviour! a pretty interesting mod. where we spent several hours under the sun on saturdays staring at changeable lizards. hahaha. yep. pretty cool. i rmb my first time at macritchie and we got soooooo excited seeing monkeys. when they were actually so common there. and staring at spiders. and BIRD CHIRPS. ohhhhh. our very first aim. but we went too late in the morning to hear alot. BUT. that day after. BIRD CHIRPS CALL OUT TO ME. i am serious. at my house, when i was walking my ears were so open on hearing chirpings it was really nice for a while. like you never notice it in your life and then. there. it has always been there. so salient. abit like listening out for the instruments played in a song. and this. the instruments in the music of life. for awhile i could not not hear it. i could be reading in my room. chirpppp chirppp ~~~ theres actually quite alot of differences in the chirps. and then ill stop to listen to it. and i cant ignore it already. but i think after awhile. it relegated to background music again. i do listen out when i hear a koel though. and try to spot them. which is pretty fun. haha. and awesome having the knowledge of how to identify a koel. :))) and hopefully sometimes, i can identify more types of birds. appreciating nature. tts what animal behaviour taught me. seeing that monitor lizard after trying to find changeable lizards for so long. though we had to tweak our results a little after. heh.
