so i finally gave in and started reading hunger games online. reservation of the book from nlb puts me at #249. itll probably be years before ill get my hands on them. lol. and though i opened the webpage for the whole day i've been putting off reading it cos i just dont like the idea of reading from the screen. and having to sit at my desk to read so. cant even open from my phone. rawr.

but finally ive started. and its pretty cool. still cant beat touching the pages itself. but its bearable. and reading the book after the movie is probably nicer than just reading the book. cos now. i have an image to work on. recreating the movie in my head when i read familiar plots. knowing how the characters look like (actually i cant rmb Gale anymore! ><). filling in the un-shown parts with my own imagination. and theres actually so much details not put forth in the movie. which i know cant be helped. and also makes defining the characters a little different. from what i interpreted katniss in the movie to be. its different this time. in her pov. her inner most thoughts that you dont get from the movies.

oh. one thing really bad. me knowing the plot. knowing what each answer would follow. and thats not good. turns the excitement notch down a little. but then again. i already experienced that while watching the movie. hmmm.

oh a tablet would be the best now. wish i can bring it to sentosa to read. or just sit at a cafe to read. boo.
