yesterday i had group dynamics quiz.
Karau and Williams came out with _____ model to explain social loafing through ______ theory.
all over the question paper i wrote:
Collective Effort Model (almost got E wrong):
Expectancy of the goal
Value of the goal
and circling round and round and round but i couldnt rmb whats the theory called.
Guess what its called?
Expectancy-value theory.

(i realised in the lecture notes it wasnt the headings it was just a normal line...blaa blaa explaining motivations using expectancy value theories (no wonder i didnt have an impression, nt to mention i suck at remembering names. ANY names)
