champions!

so...
NUS got the champions!....
which is a really good thing...
i never felt the desire to win as strong as the team did...
and it was also because of a regret the previous batch had of not beating NTU...
but yesterday...the girls did it....
and everybody felt really proud too
i was still feeling rather detached though..
it was a first for me...being in a champion team...
heck!being in a team tt lasted the semis...
(oh yea..small mention, we won all matches tt we played..hehheh)
and i just realised we had LOADS of freshies! just that many of them started long before july...which is probably why we won too...had more training sessions.
personal performance....bad!
it was a change...from a playmaker to the sidelines..i mean..i was really glad enough i managed to get in...but yea..it was good seeing how the others played...and i more or less..prefer to hide myself.
competition is so much stronger this year cos of the large increase of numbers..plus a different level of competition.
something about my captain..she was DAMN PRO. omg..u shld see her play....her defense was like WHOAAA.....how she managed to do that amazes me...cos she always manage to touch (not her) man at the last second...like as long she's there...she's got her...our team's defense generally was really good..there's always tt last minute touch first....
which leads back to my own mistake despite not playing much. thank goodness i wasnt up against NTU or if anything went wrong..i cant answer to the team. there's still so much to improve.
oh...and the team is like REALLY KINDA RICH. they went for crystal jade buffet....hmm..and my most expensive self-paid meal to date....think my mum would be shocked at the price...whoa...but its a worthy celebration for the champions.
and i accidentally scalded my friend's arm. i felt so really bad...it was a small wound but still a wound nontheless..i just really hope she wont get a scar there..omg..the worst thing to do...it was so shocking i pray that its all gonna be fine.
and...coach is talking of an overseas trip!the first time i heard...though not the first time she mentioned..hmm..it sounds really tempting...and to train hard for IVP..which is more impt.
and sometimes..its better to keep my mouth shut. cos i gave a really bimbotic impression i think. oh my..i dun want tt image...change..time to speak intellectually and not ask stupid questions.
oh yea cheryl..i saw the NTU coach..haha..she just have a really short hair..but all coaches have like similar physique..and i saw talia and erm..another senior(i forgot her name..haha) playing for SMU too...so...did u go for training afterall?
